Abstract
To be agile in today’s business environment, every knowledge-intensive organization faces the challenge of supporting the non-classroom, non-instructional type of learning on-demand, inseparably interwoven with daily job tasks. The next stage of e-learning development at the workplace - Workplace Learning On-demand (WLOD) - is a steady evolution with respect to the increasing demands on just-in-context and just-in-time knowledge and skill update.
