Abstrak Pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok setiap orang atau konsumen. Untuk meramal jumlah barang, bisa dilakukan dengan cara diramalkan. Metode Perbandingan Single Exponential Smoothing dan Metode Holt digunakan untuk memprediksi pelayanan rawat inap pada periode yang akan datang. Single Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk stasioner atau data yang relatif stabil. Metode Holt digunakan untuk menguji tren atau data yang memiliki kecenderungan naik atau turun dalam jangka panjang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode Single Exponential Smoothing lebih tepat dibandingkan dengan metode Holt karena riwayat pasien rawat tidak mengalami peningkatan atau tidak ada tren.Sebagai tambahan,
