Many books and research papers have defined and referred to the term SWOT Analysis. SWOT Analysis can be defines as "strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture". It's used to assess internal and external environmental factors which affect on the business. This paper analyze the main SWOT factors at King Abdullah II School for Information Technology.
